About Chris

Chris Angelovski is an architecture and city/landscape photographer based in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Born and raised in the northern part of The Netherlands, with roots in Skopje, Macedonia, Chris grew up in a middle-class multicultural household and always was fascinated by the various ways in which people shape the environment around them, and how different cultures have their own unique styles and methods.

From an early age Chris was exposed to the art of photography by his father, whose passion for the craft instilled the gift of a photographic eye in young Chris. However, at that time a different creative outlet demanded all of his attention: music production. It wasn’t until later in life that Chris rediscovered his passion for photography.

Chris’ extensive technical knowledge of photography and post-processing is entirely self-taught. When it comes down to being in the field with a camera, Chris prefers to let choices for composition, light, colours, and subject matter be decided mostly by feel and vibe.
